MOBI Dixon's assault case has been postponed again.

The house DJ, whose real name is Mabi Ntuli from East London in the Eastern Cape, was allegedly assaulted by a guest house owner in May.

On Wednesday, 2 August, the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court postponed the matter to 16 August.

However, the musician was not in court.

The 37-year-old artist told Daily Sun that he couldn't manage to go as he wasn't feeling good.

The musician said he is just hoping for the best outcome regarding this matter.

"I wasn't there yesterday as I wasn't feeling okay. I have been feeling sick lately," Mobi Dixon said.

The Bhutiza hitmaker said he couldn't talk much about the matter and would wait for the court to decide.

On 19 July, Mobi Dixon appeared briefly in the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court.

The matter was postponed for further investigation.

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said on Mobi Dixon's first appearance, the matter was remanded for further investigation, and the accused was out on warning.

In June, his management team released a statement stating that Mobi Dixon was harassed after his performance in Bloemfontein.

The musician allegedly opened a case of assault at the Park Road Police Station in Bloemfontein on 14 June.
