COMEDIAN Tumi "Stopnonsons" Matila's assault case has been postponed again.
This comes after Stopnonsons made a brief appearance in the Randburg Magistrates Court in Joburg on 13 September.
The comedian allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Thando Ngemane and her friend, Tsholofelo Kgosimotho in August.
The matter was been postponed to Thursday, 12 October for further investigations and his bail has been extended.
At his appearance, Stopnonsons was seen without his representative and he was wearing all black.
The comedian was nowhere to be seen after his appearance as he didn't want to talk to the media.
In August, the 31-year-old Joburg-based comedian and actor was released on R2 000 bail.
The comedian was arrested and detained at the Honeydew Police Station on Tuesday, 7 August and the state prosecutor released him because both complaints did not oppose his bail.

He was released on conditions that he should not be in contact with the complainants or communicate with them.
She said the bail conditions still stand as he has to appear again.
He must also not reach out to them via social media platforms or harass them in any form.
Stopnonsons was told not to interfere or intimidate them anyhow.
The court said said if he is found to have broken these rules, he will be taken back to jail and his bail conditions will be revoked again as he did not comply with the law.
The comedian was served with a protection order from both the complainants.
