POPULAR author Jackie Phamotse is back in court on Tuesday, 6 February.
The social activist will hear her judgement at the Randburg Magistrates Court as the state is expected to lead evidence in aggravation of her sentence.
The Joburg-based author was supposed to hear about her judgement on Tuesday ,05 December 2023 but it was postponed to 6 February 2024 .
Phamotse has petitioned for probation instead of facing arrest.
