NKOSAZANA Sibiya is now a prophetess.
The 32-year-old amapiano singer revealed that her journey to becoming a prophetess took over a year, and will be completed on Saturday, 20 January, in Pankop, Mpumalanga.
The Joburg-based musician said growing up as a child, she used to have vivid dreams.
"I always had powerful instincts, especially about things that are going to happen or things that happened in the past," she said.
Nkosazana, who is originally from KwaMhlabuyalingana, said she had problems with being around people because she will sense their problems or know their problems without them telling her.
"This was a problem because I couldn't sit freely with people. Honestly, this journey has been hard because I was far away from my family and friends. Overall, it was a great experience," she said.

The member of the Apostolic Zion Church said the training to become a prophetess is more of prayer and church.
"Throughout this journey, the most important thing that we were taught was prayer and how different levels of prayers work.
"We were also taught the insight into your consciousness and how to treat and heal people through prayers," she said.
She said being a prophetess and musician is not a challenge as both are callings and are treated equally.
Nkosazana also sings Afro-pop and urban Zulu with a little bit of dance music.
She said in 2024, she will be releasing good music to heal people.
The Idlozi lami hitmaker said she was trained for stage and theatre performances and has been a singer and dancer since childhood and continues to perfect her dancing moves.
