When she lost the phone she claimed from the insurance company. But the company refused to pay up or replace the phone, as the insurance contract indicated.

SOLUTION
Emily said the case was investigated again and it was agreed that the client’s phone should be replaced.
Beauty was contacted by SMS about the decision and she was relieved.
Abacus also apologised to the complainant for the inconvenience caused.
