FOOD fanatics are gearing-up to be treated to the best cuisines at this year’s DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival.
To make things interesting, Castle Milk Stout will have top cooks Alessandro Khojane, owner of Gemelli restaurant in Bryanston, and Tebello Motsoane of Tibz Cafe, at their VIP marquee.
These two will serve only the best at the Exclusive Chefs Table experience for 100 guests on Saturday, 7 October.
Tibz, a budding cook and a businessman, has been behind some of hip hop’s biggest events and artists in the entertainment industry, but food always played a huge role in his life. He has been showcasing his cooking talent on various online platforms and also at Café Tibz.
“Cafe Tibz came about last October. I saw a gap in the entertainment space with people who want to go out, look amazing, have great food and meet new people. It’s my take on a slick dinner party.” he explained.
He said those who crack an invite for the Exclusive Chefs Table would get a chance to have fun, laughs, amazing food and meet new friends.
“I used the rich flavours of Castle Milk Stout to create a menu inspired by my favourite movie characters. What I’d cook if I cooked for them, like the Corleone Pork Belly inspired by Michael Corleone,” he said.
“Expect delicious surprises on the menu,” he added.
Catch the DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival on 7 and 8 October at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.
