  • New episodes will be released every Tuesday.

The new season of Kelly Khumalo’s reality show, Life With Kelly Khumalo, is now streaming on Showmax, with new seasons dropping every Tuesday since its premiere on 5 July 2022.

In the first episode, we saw a disgruntled Kelly give her ex, Jub Jub, the middle finger over a Mother’s Day message he dedicated to her on social media, followed by a glimpse into her first gospel concert since lockdown, which brought fellow reality show star Somizi to tears.

Shortly after, Kelly gets into the topic on everyone’s minds - her terrible relationship with her in-laws and the extent to which they had gone to 'get rid' of her.

Speaking to TRUELOVE, the mother-of-two tells us we will get a holistic view of who she is as a daughter, mother, and businesswoman.

“[In this season, viewers will see] growth, authenticity, owning my journey and truth and doing my best to love and nurture my loved ones, but mostly enjoying my journey, as a mom, daughter, musician, and businesswoman,” she says.

On what’s different about this season, the musician says, “There’s no holding back from what is, there’s no sugar-coating how I feel or downplaying my experiences, pain, and hurt I’ve endured.”

In previous seasons, we’ve seen how turbulent Kelly and her mother’s relationship is. In this season, she says achieving her goal of having a better relationship with her mother was what she enjoyed filming the most.

The Empini hitmaker  also says there won’t necessarily be any new faces in this season apart from her lawyer and logistics manager.

“I don’t believe in constantly having new people hence I fight to keep the relationships that I already have, however, you will see my lawyer and logistics manager who have always been there but working behind the scenes”, she explains.

On what fans can look forward to, she tells us she will be releasing a single titled Bazokhuluma, an audio and visual Album of From A God To A King, and, lastly, a highly-requested city-to-city tour for her fans.
