Singer, radio and TV host Nandi Madida has built a remarkable career for herself. Among her list of accomplishments, she is also the face of Pongracz's Follow Your Daydrems campaign.

Nandi is the epitome of making your life as beautiful as it can be. From her admirable fashion sense, being a positive role model for young people and positioning herself as the ultimate hair goals throughout the years - the musician is certainly one to look up to.

Speaking to TRUELOVE, the new host of Africa Now Radio, goes in-depth about the importance of following your dreams, building are life you can be proud of and celebrating milestones.

“I’m all about people following their daydreams and when I say that, it’s so important for people to unashamedly follow what their true calling is and that you can make your dreams a true reality. [It's about] People who dare to be themselves and follow those dreams, and I love that tagline because it’s one I can resonate with.

“For me, what I’ve come to learn is it’s so important to follow your intuition and that intuition for me has been a great compass in terms which projects to follow and its always seamless.”

Before she bagged the campaign, Nandi has had many career highlights. These include hosting the 2022 South African Music Awards, releasing a hit song Skhanda Love with K.O, co-hosting BET South Africa and being a trusted voice on the radio waves - among many others. With the many hats that she wears, the star makes it look easy while delivering the highest standard.

“I think for everyone, it’s important to try and make your life as beautiful as it can be. Now that I’m a mother, I’m so impressed that our mothers were able to achieve so much with little resources and I think it’s important that whatever it is you have, try to make the most of it.

"It is important for me to ensure that regardless of what I’m going through and being intentional about creating the life I want to live.”

Reflecting on the collaboration with the alcohol brand, Nandi says for her “authenticity is key, just from a lifestyle perspective [and] for me, Pongracz's, besides being an incredible entity, which we all love, I love the fact that they’ve always been acceptable to everyday South Africans and giving people a great of scene of feel and luxury”.

Nandi doesn’t shy away from putting her own family on a pedestal. She's always the first to celebrate her husband, Osama hitmaker, Zakhele Madida professionally known as Zakes Bantwini. He recently won his first Grammy Award for Best Global Music Performance during the 65th Grammy Awards, alongside Nomcebo Zikode and Wouter Kellerman, which called for some bottle popping.

The mother of two says, “It’s important to understand the beauty and magic of simple gestures and understanding your partners love language [and] that doesn’t have to come at a price.”
