It’s a snowy holiday season for Mzansi’s ‘it-couple’ Dr Musa Mthombeni and his wife Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni.
The pair have been living life to the fullest enjoying getaways in destinations like Sun City, Ireland, Brooklyn and New York City and their adventures are far from over.
Right now, the couple are holidaying in the French Alps, enjoying the very best of snow holiday luxuries like snowboarding and skiing.
What is loved the most about Liesl and Dr Musa is their commitment to loving each other out loud while they are living their best lives together.
Having just celebrated 26 months of marriage in October 2023, giving themselves a well-deserved snowy getaway destination at luxury resorts in the French Alps village Val d’Isere and the Tignes ski resort community is the stuff of fairytales.

The first full week of December saw Liesl and Dr Musa keep their followers hooked as they teased their holiday adventure.
“Passports ready. New month. New Adventure! It’s time for the Mthombeni year end Xmas part! My enemies need to upgrade their data and WiFi packages! Ziyakhala ke manje,” they quip in the caption of a shared Instagram post.
The couple has been spotted sipping hot tea on their balcony enjoying the sprawling views of the snowy French mountain ranges and trying their hand at biking in the snow, leaving fans gushing at their luxury holiday.
Liesl says, “[We’re] living our best winter wonderland dreamscape in one of the most beautiful places in the world. We thought we wanted a snowy festive season but nothing could have prepared us for the wonder of it all.”
Dr Musa couldn’t agree more, where counts the French Alps as a stunning holiday location almost as beautiful as his beloved wife.
“There are very few instances where I am lost for words and find myself with nothing to say and this holiday has been one of them. This place is so beautiful. It’s almost as beautiful as Liesl but we know how impossible that is,” he says.
