1. Functional Fitness

Functional fitness is designed to train the body to do movements you may encounter in everyday life. Think about sitting down, picking up large objects and climbing up on the counter to reach something; functional fitness is designed to make these movements easier and to get you stronger for daily living.

Crossfit is the originator of functional fitness as an exercise style. It incorporates various methods of fitness to get you faster, stronger and more agile. It’s designed for all fitness levels so don’t be afraid to check out these gyms. Oh, and the best part? The first class is free.

2. Group Fitness 

Sometimes we need somebody to push us but personal training can get expensive. So look no further than Group Fitness classes. 3. HIIT Training

HIIT training stands for high intensity interval training; it is short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a period of rest. This type of workout is known to have your heart rate racing in a short amount of time, usual 30 minutes or less. Although it is short, its high intensity means that the body is still burning calories long after the workout is done.
