Just five months ago the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder was promoted to the club's DDC, having initially been roped in to head up the club's u17s in January last year.
Yeye, as Letsholonyane is known, enjoyed a positive start to his tenure as Usuthu's DDC coach.
However, in recent times, results have not been forthcoming with the side finding themselves lingering second from bottom after 14 matches played.
Even more shocking is the fact that in their last seven matches, Usuthu have suffered seven straight defeats. In this time, they conceded 11 goals, while scoring just a solitary goal.
Sources close to matters in KwaZulu-Natal have indicated that despite it being a development league, the disappointing results have cast a doubt on Letsholonyane's future.
"The club has a mandate for both the senior team and the DDC. Management have set their sights high so these results have been disappointing and there could be a coaching change in the near future," the source informed the Siya crew.
The Siya crew reached out to the club for comment, though there was none forthcoming at the time of publishing this article.
