When Baxter returned to Chiefs for a second spell in 2021, one of the players that was signed by the club is Alexander. Now, after Alexander parted ways with Amakhosi with one year left of his contract, he is now in Europe at the age of 34, finally living his dream of playing in that part of the world. "Look, I can't speak for him, but for me, I rated him highly. For me, he is a top coach and I am lucky to work him again. For me, he is a complete coach. All the players at Chiefs, even now, are all sending greetings to him via me. They ask how he is doing, and it just shows the impact he had over the players that he coached," Alexander said to the Siya crew.
