His agent Jorge Abong of Rojo Sports told the Siya crew that Majafa, who last played professional soccer for TS Sporting in the then GladAfrica Championship, is delighted to revive his career.
Abong told Soccer Laduma that the talented winger is ready for the new challenge in Namibia.
"Yes, Roger (Majafa) has joined Young Africans in Namibia. He has always wanted to revive his career and now that the chance has come he will grab it with both hands," Abong told the Siya crew.
"I am personally happy for him and I know he still has a lot to offer in football. So, we will support him and see what happens after that but as I have said, he still has a future in football.
"We are grateful to Young Africans for believing in him and giving him a second chance. I believe he will do his best and represent South Africa very well in Namibia," Abong concluded to Soccer Laduma.
