Having fallen short at the semi-final stage of the competition last season, Mamelodi Sundowns defender Aubrey Modiba says his side are hellbent on correcting last season's wrongs.

It's astonishing to think that the Brazilians were bundled out of last season's Champions League without officially losing a match. However, it was the away goals rule that proved to be their Achilles heel as they fell short to Wydad Casablanca.
Sundowns have done well to reach the same stage of the competition in the current campaign, though this time they face a different opposition in Esperance Tunis.
The Tshwane side have left nothing to chance, jetting out of the country earlier this week to better acclimatize their players to the conditions in Tunisia ahead of their match on Tuesday.
Giving insight inside the camp, Sundowns defender Modiba shared the club's preparations, where they are hoping to get the advantage in the tie ahead of the second leg match at the Loftus Versveld Stadium on 26 April.
“The preparations have been going very well. We left South Africa on Tuesday, then we landed on Wednesday. So yeah, we did a bit of activation heading to the game on Saturday and yeah, I think everybody is ready [we] just had a full session now for the first time since we arrived here on the pitch, and I think the guys are ready. We're ready for the game," Modiba told the club's official media department.
“The Mood is great in camp, everybody is happy to be here. Everybody's happy to participate in the semis again because we fell short last season. So hopefully this season we can be able to better that and do well and go to the finals, but a tough task against Esperance, I think they were here also last season and I think they did well and hopefully we can have a good game," he said.
Sundowns will endure an unfamiliar 9:00pm kickoff at the Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi.
