After the Malawi national team performed well during the COSAFA Cup, coach Patrick Mabedi has attracted interest from PSL clubs in South Africa.
Though, Mabedi says he is not ready to mention the names of the clubs yet because he is not available.

The former Kaizer Chiefs defender and captain stated that the three teams, which have shown interest in him, are all in the DStv Premiership.
Mabedi, who also played for Moroka Swallows in the past, told the Siya crew that although he is "honoured" by the interest in him, he is not ready to leave the Malawi national team. The coach is still devoted to help his country progress as he's currently the interim coach.
"I have said before that I have unfinished business in the PSL and I would like to come back," Mabedi told the Siya crew.
"So, this interest from the three teams means a lot to me. But at the moment my focus is on The Flames.
"We are building a special project here and you saw what we had at the COSAFA Cup so we want to continue with that."
"But I would really want to come back and coach in the PSL. So, I am really honoured to be seen as a proper coach by teams in the PSL.
"But that time is not now," Mabedi told the Siya crew.
In the past, Mabedi had coached Cape Town All Stars, and he was assistant coach at Kaizer Chiefs and Black Leopards.
