Burnely and head coach Vincent Kompany confirmed that Burnley and Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster has been ruled out for an indefinite period because of a recurrence of his mental health issues.
The Clarets revealed that the ex-Pirates star has been placed in the care of specialists to help him with the illness, after the player missed his team's last two league matches against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace and the English Football League Cup fixture against Everton.
