In terms of Hollywood's recent influence on English football, Jordan follows in the footsteps of actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took over Wrexham Association Football Club, who are in the lower leagues of English football.
They've elevated the Welsh-based club's status with a solid social media presence on TikTok and a smash-hit TV show, "Welcome To Wrexham" that can be streamed on DisneyPlus.
Jordan will hope to make a similar impact at a bigger club, that's currently in 14th place in the EPL. Jordan and Foley's investment in the Cherries sees them become the eight US owners in the English top flight.
