What's the story?
The last four and the eventual finalist will contest football's biggest prize using adidas' new Al Hilm ball.
The new match ball replaces the Al Rihla ball which was used up until the Quarter-finals of what's been an exciting showpiece in Qatar.

Let's take a closer look at the final's ball...
adidas Al Hilm
Titled "Al Hilm," which translates to "The Dream" in Arabic, the new World Cup ball replaces the existing "Al Rihla" one, that's been used in the tournament so far.
The new match ball will be used for the all important Semi-finals, the 3rd place playoff and the Final. Morocco, Argentina and 2018 finalist France and Croatia will be chasing the dream of conquering World football with this Match ball.
According to FIFA, Just like Al Rihla ball, Al Hilm will feature the 'Connected Ball' technology, which has been a success in making semi-automated offside decisions faster and accurate throughout the tournament.

Along with player position data, the technology offers Video Assistant Referees with instant data, that helps them optimize decision making for a seamless fan experience.
The Al Hilm ball was also designed with the environment at its heart, according to FIFA. It's also the first FIFA World Cup semi-finals and final ball that's been made using only water-based inks and glues.
The design, which is similar to the Al Rihla in terms of his outline, has a textured gold base colour and a triangular pattern, that's inspired by the desert that surround Doha, the colour of the World Cup trophy itself, and the colours and patterns of the Qatari flag.
Will Hakim Ziyech and the Moroccans shock the world and take it all using this new Match ball? Could Luke Modric and the Croats go one better than 2018...
Or will it be South American champs, Lionel Messi and the Argentines, or the defending World champs Kylian Mbappe and France who will realise their World Cup dreams with Al Hilm? We cannot wait to find out.
