KDB's gift to City stars
Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has given custom-made platinum iPhones to his teammates to mark them winning the Treble last season.
The Belgian star handed out 26 specially commissioned luxurious phones to celebrate the club's treble, that included their first ever UEFA Champions League title.
As seen on Instagram, KDB inspected the phones which were delivered to his house before he surprised his teammates.
The iPhones reportedly cost De Bruyne £5 000 (around R118 349) each and were made by the custom mobile designers iDesign Gold and were gifted to the players, Pep Guardiola and Sheikh Mansour at a surprise get-together at their club's state-of-the-art training base.

This gesture by KDB is inspired by Lionel Messi's gift for the Argentina players and staff after their World Cup triumph in Qatar last year.
Messi commissioned gold iPhone 14's from iDesign Gold that were worth over R4.1 million. iDesign Gold's strong client list of ballers includes Karim Benzema, Hakim Ziyech, Vinicius Jr, Theo Hernandez, Neymar Jr. and the great Ronaldinho.
