Evidence Makgopa's first half strike was enough to give the Buccaneers bragging rights and most importantly, three points against Kaizer Chiefs.

The DStv Premiership blockbuster clash was packed to the rafters for the biggest derby in the country, with FIFA President Gianni Infantino witnessing his first ever Soweto Derby live.

Infantino was seated alongside CAF President Patrice Motsepe, Minister of Sport, Arts & Culture Zweli Mkhize and Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi and iconic former Italian referee, Pierluigi Collina.

The FIFA boss received the ultimate VIP treatment at the Calabash, as he was given a tour of the stadium by Kaizer Chiefs Marketing Director Jessica Motaung and greeted by club legend Siphiwe Tshabalala.
