A number of DStv Premiership clubs have given in to the current hottest trending South African sport. Check it out!

What Happened?

The Betway SA20 has taken the nation by storm as the cricket matches have pulled in full capacity crowds with an exciting brand of cricket being displayed by the Durban Super Giants, Joburg Super Kings, MI Cape Town, Paarl Royals, Pretoria Capitals and Sunrisers Eastern Cape.

Football crowds in the local game have been experiencing a upturn in attendance but the difference is still worlds away.

It appears that the players wanted to join in as Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City were spotted at the tournament. Some Sundowns players were in attendance as the Pretoria capitals secured a victory while Eric Tinkler side were in the Western Cape soaking up the sun and supporting their local side.

Some of the players spotted included Ronwen Williams, Rushine De Reuck and more while almost the entire City team were seen in the outing.

While being interviewed, Tinkler happen to appear in a video now gone viral as ICC Cricket World Cup presenter Zainab Abbas fell after the ball hit her leg. The clip has 724 000 views.

If one player was to catch the ball with one hand, they could have won the chance to win their share of R2 000 000 among all the people who catches the ball.
