Banyana Banyana legend Portia Modise could be finally reaping the rewards of her successful football as she is set to be featured in a new docu-series by Japanese car manufacturer Isuzu.
The story
The retired footballer was spotted driving in a bold luxury SUV, the Isuzu Mu-X. For those who have been following Modise, in the last six months at least, they will be aware of the fact that the ex-forward has increasingly reinstated herself into the lime light.
In May she released a multimedia book titled: From Portia Modise With Love, which delves into a her inspiring journey as a women's footballer who hails from the township.
Admittedly, the book has drawn more attention to her understated career and it is now pretty clear that brands have noticed have begun showing an interest in helping Modise tell her story.

A driven baller
Last week, Isuzu South Africa confirmed their plans with the former national team superstar alongside other inspiring women.
"We are proud to launch She is Driven, a new docu-series produced with one of South Africa's leading blogs on womanhood, Art of Superwoman," the carmaker wrote on their official Instagram account.
"The 10-part vodcast is hosted by the dazzling Olwethu Leshabane and will feature prominent career women that embody BOLD. Look out for the first episode, airing soon."
There have also been some suggestions on social media that former assassin deserves a prominent role within the sport, whether it be at SAFA or in the Bayana Banyana set-up, given her invaluable experience in the sport.
