Sam Mbatha was last seen when he was preparing to go to an event

It has taken the family three years to finally know if the men behind the death of their son will spend years behind bars or not.

Sam Mbatha’s family is happy that the men who were facing charges of robbery with aggravating circumstances, kidnapping, murder, malicious property damage, and defeating the ends of justice were found guilty. Arthur Khoza (19), Mahlatsi Nkuna (21), and Thato Mosetla (22) are guilty of all charges relating to the death of Sam Mbatha (24).

Sam was last seen by his family on Youth Day in 2021 when he was heading to an event, and then they received a call from the police the following day, informing them that their son’s car was burnt to ashes.
