She wanted to be a couple of cups smaller, and she is happy with her decision to have a breast reduction.

Media personality Boity Thulo has undergone a breast reduction and she is loving the new size of her breasts.

She shared that she had the procedure in February and spent weeks healing from the surgery but nonetheless she has no regrets as she praises the doctor who operated her.

“4 months ago on the 28th of Feb, I decided to take the plunge and do a procedure that benefitted me in more ways than I thought it would. A mastopexy which is a breast reduction and lift.”

“This is a post to thank Dr Bruce not only for his incredible work but for his care and compassion throughout the healing process . . . from random calls of me stressing to taking out the time to go the extra mile regardless of what I felt I needed in Order to give me peace of mind.”

She also thanked her mother and grandmother for taking great care of her while she healed at home.

“Thank you so much to my mommy @modiehithulo@lee.lebeko and my grandma for taking such great care of me during the healing process!”

In a recent interview with Drum, Boity shared that she was back in the studio making music for her fans while dropping freestyles in the meantime to keep the momentum going.

“You should expect some new music soon," she promised.

"I’m putting in a lot of time and effort and effort in the studio to make sure I come back with a bang.”

To build up the anticipation, she has been making the most of old songs by dropping its freestyle covers on her Instagram timeline.

“I’ve been back in studio for a few weeks now and I figured it’d be fun for me to hop on some of my favourite songs right now while I find my feet again. It’s nothing too serious, I’m just having a good time. I also felt like it might be a good way to put out some new music without having to go through all the pressure and processes of an official release.”

After everything that she has gone through in the last few years, she keeps on assuring her supporters that she has healed from the attack by former radio presenter Bujy Bikwa.

Now that the healing journey has come to an end, she sets her sight on restoring the hip hop scene.

“I want to bring back some energy and excitement to hip hop. I feel like my freestyles have already started doing that so I can’t wait to see what happens when I actually drop new original music.”
