IT’S a known fact that Apple releases a new iPhone every year.
Last year, customers were graced with iPhone 13 and this year we’re expecting the iPhone 14.
According to The Verge, there are rumours that the launch of the new iPhone 14 line could be on 7 September.
The rumour could be true, as Financial Times reports that Apple employees are expected to return to the office three days a week from 5 September, two days before the rumoured iPhone 14 is unveiled.
The four upcoming devices from Apple are iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
It’s also reported that the much-anticipated unveiling of the iPhone 14 will include new Macs, low-end and high-end iPads, as well as three Apple Watch models.
Various tech publications are speculating on features that the new iPhone will have. According to The EconomicTimes, there will be minor upgrades to the standard variant of iPhone 14, and the pro version will get significant improvements on the camera and processor.
Some of the exciting features rumoured to be coming on iPhone Pro and Max are:
- A 48MP sensor camera that can capture videos in 8K quality.
- A new A16 Bionic system-on-chip processor.
- The latest LPDDR5 RAM and faster internal storage specially designed to keep up with the demands of 5G.
