A DA councillor and Member of the Mayoral Committee is in hot water for allegedly assaulting a 20-year-old man with a chain.
Sifiso Dlomo said the councillor also tried to break his jaw and even called him the K-word.
He said on the day he was assaulted, Sunday, 3 December, he met the councillor at a shop, who allegedly attacked him for no reason.
