IZANGOMA who rape and those who use body parts were on the agenda when the Traditional Healers Organisation demonstrated against gender-based violence.
The Etwatwa branch also marched in support of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) on Friday, 1 December.
This is an annual international campaign that began on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Children and runs until 10 December.
Gogo Muntu Segage of the THO organisation said: "We want to make it clear that we will not tolerate izangoma defiling ubungoma. We are marching to show that we are against violence against women and children.
She said the problems were triggered by the recent abduction of two boys from Etwatwa.
Lesedi Mbanguzi and his friend were allegedly kidnapped by a sangoma and four men and taken to a house in Daveyton where their body parts were removed alive.
