THE ANC’s eThekwini regional secretary and his co-accused bodyguard are back in court on Wednesday, 10 April.
Bongumusa Nciki and his bodyguard Ivan Khoza will appear again in the Durban Magistrates Court.
Nciki’s charges relate to reckless and negligent driving and having an unlicensed vehicle.

On their first appearance on 7 March, they were granted bail of R5000 each.
They were arrested in Durban north after they were caught by police on 6 March, allegedly driving a car with no number plates.
It's alleged that they were also carrying weapons without permits.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokeswoman Natasha Ramkisson-Kara said Nciki and Ivan face charges of reckless driving, alternatively, disregard for a road traffic signal (a red traffic signal) and operating an unlicensed vehicle.
She said the state alleged that the men were driving along Lighthouse Road in Umhlanga on 6 March when they committed the offences.
The ANC KZN Provincial spokesman, Mafika Mdebele, had previously said that as Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme House, they do not believe that it will be appropriate for the ANC in the province to run commentary on matters that are in the hands of law enforcement agencies.
