SOWETO'S Rosemary and her lover will appear in the Protea Magistrates Court in Soweto on Tuesday, 28 November.

They face murder charges related to the tragic deaths of two young boys from Soweto, Nqobizitha Zulu (5) and Tshiamo Rabanye (6).

The boys' mutilated bodies were found on Thursday, 20 April, after they went missing the previous night at about 8pm when their kasi experienced load shedding.

The accused, Nqobile Ndlovu (50) and her partner, Mthunzi Zulu (39), were remanded in custody as the court postponed the case to 28 November for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to decide on whether the case should continue being held in the Protea Magistrates Court or it should be moved to the High Court.

Nqobizitha’s father, Zolile Zondo, said that all he wants is for justice to prevail, adding that he wants closure regarding his son's death.
