SERGEANT SL Hlungwane, who is accused of killing her husband, will appear in the Pretoria North Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 27 February for her bail application judgment.
She briefly appeared on Friday, 23 February, and her bail application was postponed for the third time.
Hlungwane's bail application was filed on Monday, February 6, after she indicated that she didn't wish to remain in detention until the conclusion of her case without providing a reason.
Although her first bail application judgment was set for Monday, 12 February, the case was further delayed until after the investigating officer was asked to obtain information about the children's care before the court could make a ruling.

Tlangelani Tsonga, the dead man's sister, told Daily Sun that the legal proceeding is extremely draining and that the delay is causing additional concern and panic for the family.
She said she was also worried that the case could take years to be finalised.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) arrested Hlungwane on Sunday, 28 January, for allegedly killing her husband in Soshanguve extension 7, Tshwane.
She and her husband, Russell Hlongwane (40), allegedly had a fight.
"The firearm was discharged four times during the scuffle, hitting the husband," said Ipid spokeswoman Lizzy Shuping.
Russell died at a Tshwane hospital on Sunday, 31 January.
