THE North West police have launched an investigation into the disappearance of Sipho Mhlafu (28).
Sipho was last seen on Saturday, 16 December in Lethabong, Mahikeng.
His sister Nondladla Mhlafu, who lives with him at Lethabong, said that she left him at home at about 11.00am that day but when she returned later that evening he was not there.
On Sunday morning, Sunday 17 December, Nondlandla panicked when she woke up and realised that her brother was still missing.

She said she tried to call him on his cellphone but couldn't reach him.
According to North West police spokesman Stephens Thakeng, after the search for the 28-year-old began, Nondladla learnt that her brother had been seen at MNS, a drinking establishment in Virginia, with two women.
"Apparently, the same two ladies were seen with him when he was hospitalised for depression. A missing persons case has been registered for further investigation," he said.
Thakeng said anyone with information should contact Detective Warrant Officer Bertus Olivier of Thabong Serious and Violent Crimes on 082 885 5271 or call CrimeStop at 08600 10111, or share information anonymously through the MySAPS APP.
