THE murder case against Nqobile Ndlovu (50) and her partner, Mthunzi Zulu (39), has been postponed to 16 February 2024.
The lovers, accused of the murder Soweto young boys from White City in Soweto, made a brief appearance in the Protea Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 28 November.
Nqobizitha Zulu (5) and Tshiamo Rabanye (6) tragically lost their lives, leading to the murder charges against Nqobile and her partner.
Nqobizitha’s mum, Nomthandazo Zulu told Daily Sun that the continuous postponements on the case are frustrating her, and she's running out of patience.
“We were told to come back on 16 February. This is tiring. I don't understand why they are always postponing the case. But I believe that they are still investigating,” she said.

Nomthandazo said she doesn’t know how to feel but she wishes the accused will rot in jail.
“My son is gone. Whatever happens won’t bring him back,” she said.
She said that she grew up knowing gogo Rosemary but only realised that something was wrong with her fter rumours that she killed her son emerged.
Nomthandazo claimed that the gogo has killed six people in the family, with Nqobizitha being her last victim at this stage.
She said she had visions concerning gogo Rosemary, stating that she was an evil person, and this made her fear her.
“What frustrates me is that she helped me search for my son. She acted as if she was concerned, only to find out she has been behind this all along,” Nomthandazo said.
Nqobizitha’s father, Zolile Zondo said all he wants is justice to prevail.
He told Daily Sun that all he wants is closure in knowing what happened to his son.
“I do not understand what’s causing the postponements. This case should be over by now with the accused locked up in prison serving their time,” Zolile said.
The boys' mutilated bodies were found on Thursday, 20 April, after they went missing the previous night at about 8pm when their kasi experienced load shedding.
The accused will remain in jail until their next court appearance.
