A 31-YEAR-OLD suspect is expected to appear before the Bethal Magistrate court on Monday, 27 March.
He was arrested for impersonating an attorney.
Captain Dineo Sekgotodi said he represented Mhlabuyaxega Mntungwa (37), who was previously circulated as wanted for the murder of a former manager of Sam Holdings - Nkosinathi Emmanuel Ngcongo (34).

Ngcongo was fatally wounded on 12 September 2019.
"Information was received that Ngcongo was shot by two suspects who sped off after the shooting and later Phindokuhle Eugene Nkosi (30), who was the driver of the van used on the day in question, was traced and arrested by Bethal SAPS members.
"After a series of court appearances, Nkosi was found guilty on 20 October 2020 and sentenced to 25 years imprisonment by the High Court sitting in Delmas on 23 October 2020 for murder.
"A Warrant of arrest was authorised for the arrest of Mntungwa," she said.
Sekgotodi said Mntungwa was eventually arrested on 1 February by the Provincial tracking team in KZN.
She said both accused will appear again on Monday, 27 March. Mntungwa will be appearing for murder while the other suspect will appear on charges of impersonating an attorney.
