THE police in Groblersdal, Limpopo have launched a manhunt for armed suspects who shot and killed the manager of a hardware store on Friday, 29 March.
The manager was also robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash.
Limpopo police spokesman Colonel Malesela Ledwaba said the cops responded to a shooting along the N11 road between Schoembee farms.
He said upon arrival, the police and medical emergency services found a male driver in his vehicle, who had been shot multiple times. He was certified dead on the scene.

"Preliminary investigations revealed that the 33-year-old man had just knocked off from work at Leeufontein Village where was employed as a manager of a hardware when he was accosted by unidentified suspects," said Ledwaba.
Ledwaba said the police opened a murder and robbery case.
Limpopo police commissioner Lieutenant-General Thembi Hadebe called on community members to provide information about these ruthless criminals while investigations are ongoing to hunt down and arrest the suspects.
