FORMER SABC chief operating officer Hlaudi Hlaudi Motsoeneng confirmed 15 cows will be slaughtered in his election registration campaign in Phuthaditjhaba Stadium, Free State, on Saturday, 18 November.
Hlaudi addressed the media at the Unathi guesthouse in Phuthaditjhaba on Tuesday, 7 November.
"I will be accompanied by Kings and traditional leaders, and slaughtering cows should be the order of the day. A number of 15 cows will be slaughtered. We aim to host thousands of people across the province. I'm the only person who can take the province out of dismay," he said.
Hlaudi claims to be a good Samaritan to the entire province and ready to govern with his policies.
"All the parties in the province are light weights, come 2024 I will intensively transform the province, creating jobs, alleviating poverty, rescuing the municipalities in a cash-strapped situation," he said.

Hlaudi's party forms part of the struggling Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality coalition government together with ANC, African Transformation Movement, African Independent Congress (AIC), Dikwankwetla Party of South Africa and South African Royal Kingdom Organisation.
With the experience he acquired during his time at the SABC, Motsoeneng believes that his implementation strategies could assist municipalities in generating overwhelming revenue, financial stability, opening closed factories, and providing service delivery.
Former ANC MMC for Finance Mandla Tshabalala and former African People's Convention (APC) Councillor Ntaoleng Monkwe have joined Hlaud's ACM.
