NOT only are women demanding muthi to attract rich men, but men also want it to attract rich women.
This after Daily Sun published an article about slay queen Lerato “Habiba” Makgatho on Monday, 8 August, with headline: Slay queen muthi”.
In the article, Habiba shared that she’d used muthi to attract her blessers.
The 28-year-old from Tshwane said her mum, Nkele (50), a traditional healer, gave her muthi so she could take care of herself.
On people looking for the muthi, Habiba said: “I am happy to know there are women and men like me who need this muthi to help their livesMy mother is also happy and looks forward to helping them”.
She said the muthi has various uses.
“Slay queens want the love potion and men want women with money.
“Other people want to attract customers in their business,” said Habiba. She said she was happy other slay queens were inspired by her story.
“Poverty is real. We want to pay for university fees and put food on the table.
“Men are running away from their responsibilities and mMy mother’s muthi takes away stinginess and makes men responsible,” she said.
She added that even criminals are calling asking for the muthi, but she does not entertain them.
Nkele said she never expected such a reaction from people and was prepared to help them with her love potion.
One 37-year-old man, who was looking for help, said: looking for the muthi said he has been looking for rich women to date him, but he has not been lucky.He said:“I will be happy if I can get the love potion to attract rich women.” I’m not looking for money for gain, but a loving person who appreciates me for who I am and accepts that I can provide with the little wages I have.”
