THE life of Thabiso Mokoena (4) was cut short while being rushed to the clinic on Monday, 29 May.

Her mum, Mamohapi Mokoena (32) from Lakeside Estate in Midvaal, Gauteng told Daily Sun that they were shocked to see dirty water coming from their tap on Friday morning, 26 May while doing laundry.

She said that forced them to open the tap for a while for the water to change.
