FORMER Bosasa chief operations ffiocer Angelo Agrizzi will finally have his day in court.
This comes after the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crime Court transferred his corruption case to the North Gauteng High Court.
His first appearance is expected to be on Thursday, 29 February.
Aggrizzi was initially arrested in October 2020 for allegedly offering former Parliamentarian Vincent Smith gratification of over R800 000.
He is the only accused in the matter as the case was separated from his co-accused, Vincent Smith, in July 2021.

Agrizzi currently faces two cases brought against him by the Investigating Directorate.
The Investigative Directorate spokeswoman Sindisiwe Seboka said Agrizzi's mental assessment report from Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital is also expected to be submitted to the court on Thursday, 29 February, in his separate R1,8 billion Bosasa and Department of Correctional Services matter.
Agrizzi’s matter has suffered numerous delays due to his ill health.
He was first arrested on 5 February 2019 and released on bail.
He suffered a heart attack in October 2020, just after his second arrest and was in intensive care at the Life Fourways Hospital until 7 December that year.
