SHE says she can hear a creature making sounds and that evil spirits are bothering her.

This has been going on for 24 years and she’s gradually losing hope.

The 47-year-old woman from Lotus Gardens, Tshwane, said that the evil spirits had also brought pain to her marriage.

She said when she started a small business, it did not work out.

She has consulted izangoma and prophets, but nothing has changed.

“I even visited Muslim priests for prayers, but nothing happened. I had prayers and did rituals, but my life is still bad as I can still hear things I can’t see.”

The woman said she paid more than R30 000 in Durban and slaughtered a cow with the hope that her life would go back to normal, but that did not help too.

She said strange things had also been happening in her house.

“We buy groceries of almost R3 000 monthly for a family of four, but the food is finished in a week,” she said.

The woman said she often heard a cat or woman crying outside her house at night, but could not see either of them.

“My problem started 24 years ago. I thought it will end, but it has been following me all these years,” she said.

“There’s something following me and it’s making my life hard. These evil spirits bring me down and this is making me depressed,” she said, pleading for help to remove the spirits.

Her 26-year-old daughter told Daily Sun she was aware of the challenges her mother was going through.

Traditional healer Kuppe Banda claimed the woman can definitely get help.

“That is a tokoloshe trying to mess up her life. It steals food, and other things in the house can disappear as well. Additionally, the sounds she hear may be the cause of the same creature,” he claimed
