Writer and activist Zoleka Mandela is about to become a mother for the 5th time and she is brimming with excitement.
The 37 year-old radiant mother to be and her Congolese husband Thierry Bashala shared the news on social media.
Zoleka, a two time cancer survivor, has overcome all sorts of challenges in her life and is looking forward to embracing those that come with pregnancy.
Taking to social media to give fans the first glimpse at her baby bump, Zoleka also reminisced about her grandmother, the late Winnie Madikizela Mandela.
“Darling, you’re pulling a caravan!” That is what My Day One (my grandmother) used to say about my big booty!” she captioned the post on Instagram.
“This was me yesterday, I totally take selfies even when I do laundry ... I was sporting my new, “Push and Pull,” look, I’m pushing and pulling serious caravan loads these days!”
