ELECTION fever has gripped KZN as different parties are trooping across all corners of the province to engage with the voters.
Both IFP and the ANC are actively busy with their respective manifesto launch across the province.
The ANC aims to fill up Moses Mabhida Stadium this coming weekend for their manifesto launch.
The IFP will be the last party to use the same venue for their manifesto on 10 March.
IFP premier candidate Thami Ntuli was busy hopping around Durban targeting big kasis such as Umlazi and KwaMashu. He concluded the activations at a workshop in Durban on Sunday, 18 February.
Supporters of the IFP came in numbers and painted the streets white during the activations.

Speaking to the supporters during the event, Ntuli said thousands of people in Mzansi are still suffering and tired of empty promises.
“I'm urging every one of you to come in numbers to listen to the IFP manifesto. Today I decided to come to Durban with hope and this hope was built by the people of KZN. They have told us through their vote and voices that they need change,” said Ntuli.
Meanwhile, ANC deputy president Paul Mashatile was part of an ANC engagement with Palestine solidarity at Riverside Mosque in Durban on Friday. He then proceeded to the Roman Catholic Church in KwaMashu to worship.
“As the ANC we have a deep conviction that leaders of different faith-based organisations have a very strong contribution to make in the improvement of the lives of the people,” said Mashatile.
ANC national chairman Gwede Mantashe also addressed a rally in the Nokuhamba Nyawo region in uMkhanyakude, emphasising grassroots engagement.
