THE controversial disbarred Advocate Malesela Teffo will appear at the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 11 October.
This is after his matter was postponed on Wednesday, 6 September.
On the day he refused to appear in the dock, his new lawyer, Advocate Eddie Maloba, withdrew from representing him because Teffo still didn't want to give fingerprints and felt the case wasn't progressing.
Teffo was arrested on Tuesday, 1 August. He has previously represented four accused men in the case of slain Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.

In May, he was banned from attending the Meyiwa trial.
He faces charges of malicious damage to property, assault and theft. He was supposed to appear and take the stand, but he refused.
In August, his former legal representative, Advocate Ike Khumalo, told the court that his legal team had decided to withdraw from representing him.
"We are not coming to an agreement with the client, and he is not taking our advice," he said.
Khumalo told Daily Sun they have different approaches to the matter.
"We feel that we have done all we could do. We fought for him. You were here. We were fighting," he said.
Khumalo said Teffo wasn't listening to them.
"We are not agreeing with the client, and he is not taking our advice. He raised factual and other legalistic reasons. It wouldn't do us justice for us to represent him for our views differ, and we saw that we can't represent him if he can't listen to us," he said.
