BAFANA Khoza and his colleague, who's the son of the owner of the butchery he works for, were coming from delivering meat in Nigel, Ekurhuleni.
The 35-year-old requested his colleague who was driving a delivery truck to stop so he could get into a toilet near the taxi rank in the Springs CBD.
And that was the last time the man from Etwatwa, Ekurhuleni was seen.
And at the time of his disappearance, Bafana is alleged to have had R5 500 which he had collected from the butchery owner's clients.
According to the colleague, on their way back they stopped in Springs so Bafana could relieve himself. But that was the last time he saw Bafana as he waited for him to come back, but he didn't.
Bafana's uncle, Patrick Maziba from Etwatwa said he disappeared on 10 January.
"We opened a missing persons case at Etwatwa Police Station," he said.

He said on Monday, 29 January angry residents of Barcelona in Etwatwa went to the butchery owner's house to demand that he tell them where he allegedly took Bafana. He said the owner believes Bafana might have stolen his money.
"We are not buying the story that Bafana asked for the toilet and disappeared," said one of the residents.
Residents toyi-toyied in front of his house to demand that he gets out.
Butchery owner Vusi Mabena said he was living in fear as he was getting threats from the residents.
The missing man's uncle, Maziba, said what made the family angry was that the butchery owner allegedly went to Bafana's place to take goods to the value of R5 500 to compensate himself, claiming he had stolen his money while he had disappeared.
"He took beds, a plasma television and some things, saying he will get them when he brings his money back. He's not concerned about Bafana's whereabouts, but his own pocket. We can give him his money, provided he tells us where Bafana is," said the angry uncle.
Maziba said Bafana has been working with the butchery owner for the past 11 years.
His worried mum, Elizabeth Mkhabela said she just wants her son to come back home alive.
