“We tackle issues such as problems that women are facing in marriages, in church, and society as a whole. Cheating in marriages is one of the challenges that women face and most of them feel ashamed and do not want to go out and seek help,” Ayanda said.
She said women can go to counseling first and later include their partners.
Ayanda said women should dig within to find their purposes in life.
“We encourage women to attend these conferences and seminars where they get healing and be able to face their challenges,” she said.
Simangele Khumalo, one of the speakers at the conference, stressed the significance of forgiveness for victims.
“Forgiveness helps the victims to heal, unlike those who keep grudges against their perpetrators. Being bitter causes more pain and mental health issues. I urged everyone to seek help,” she said.
