MADALA Dennis April (68) and his wife, gogo Nightingale April (75), have been missing since last week Wednesday, 3 April.
The couple was last seen at the Town Centre in Mitchells Plain, where they collected their Sassa grant.
Couple goes missing
The couple was seen on CCTV footage after they collected their grant money and is nowhere to be seen, to date.
The couple, who lives in Heinz Park, Cape Town, boarded a taxi to Mitchells Plain in the morning, as they always do to collect their grant.
Daughter of the couple speaks
The couple's daughter, Juanita Solomons was notified by the neighbour that she was worried after she had not seen them all day.
“They called me around 5pm asking if my parents were by my house in Mitchells Plain since she hadn't seen them,” said Juanita.

“Everything is fine in their home, no break-in and their belongings are there."
She added that her parents’ blood pressure medication was in the house, and this got her worried.
