'Parents split' leads to teen's death

THE separation of his parents allegedly led an 18-year-old teen to commit suicide.

Musa Ximba from White City, Soweto, who was a Grade 12 pupil at Tlhatlogang Junior Secondary School, committed suicide by allegedly drinking poison on Sunday, 3 March in a shack he shared with his dad.

According to Gauteng Department of Social Development, Agriculture and Rural Development spokesman Motsamai Motlhaolwa, Musa allegedly died after drinking poison.
