And her journey doesn’t end now. The 30-year-old from Middelburg in Mpumalanga hosts a podcast where she has powerful and relevant conversations with her celebrity guests.

“I come from a family where there's a lot of history of alcohol and lifestyle diseases. That's what made me to invest in the wellness health space.
"Watching my some of my family members struggling with their health made me realise that our health is impacted by the things we do in our lives,” she said.
She invites guests who have walked different journeys of life.
“I ask them questions about their upbringing, how they made it in whatever field they're in, what setbacks they've come across and what their daily habits are. Talking to successful people, it's important to ask them what daily things they like doing. We speak a lot about faith, spirituality and health,” she said.
Mpoomy said her advice to young people is to always have a goal.
“I think once you identify what your goal is, it always finds meaning and purpose. It can be a small goal like 'I want to pass my matric well', or 'I want to be the first in my family to graduate or start a business'. Any goal is good and important because it allows you to focus.” she said.
