MEDIA personality Bonang Matheba has partnered with Nivea South Africa.

She excitedly announced the deal in a debut video advert on her social media platforms.

“I’m convinced that the #Luminous630 works. So my darling B-force, I’m starting this journey with you and Nivea South Africa. Here’s to day one, let’s!” she captioned the video.

Her fans quickly started congratulating her and showing support for the skincare brand.

Mbali Nxumalo commented: “You and strategy. Well done, Bonang.”

Then Ntombi waka Msomi said: “Besathi bayakhuluma wabavala umlomo. As for your skin, it’s definitely skinning.”

The Mahikeng-born presenter is known for her flamboyant presenting skills. Her presenting gig on SABC1 music show Live, now Live Amp, put her on the industry.

Before that in 2002, she made her TV debut on SABC2 kids show Manhattan Fantasy Challenge. She was 15 years old at the time.

In 2011, Bonang became the first Mzansi celebrity to launch an online reality show called B*Dazzled and in 2013, she became the first international ambassador for cosmetic brand Revlon, outside the USA.
