GRAMMY-AWARD songstress Tyla has finally returned home.
The 22-year-old Water hitmaker landed at the O.R Tambo International Airport in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni on Saturday, 30 March, having spent months in the USA.
She had fans waiting for her at the airport when she landed.
Her family was there too.

Daily Sun spoke to some of her fans and family, who were eager to see her land.
Relative Shirleen Beyers and her daughter, Adrianna, said Tyla loved singing from a young age.
“We’re so excited to see her. My dad’s brother is married to Tyla’s mum’s sister. So, we have known her since she was a little girl, and we knew that she was always going to be a star.
“Tyla, we’re super, super, super proud of you. You were born to be a star, and here you are. Keep shining. This is still the beginning,” she said.

Other fans, Shane and Shamala Chetty, said they are proud of Tyla.
“We didn’t know Tyla was landing. We were here to drop our nephew, and we heard that she was landing, and we had to come here,” Shamala said.
Shane said: “I think Tyla is a natural-born star and she’s absolutely amazing. We represent South Africa. We love her to bits.”

Tyla thanked her fans for welcoming her home.
"Thank you to everyone who came to welcome me home. I’m so happy to be home. I haven’t been home in so long. I’m happy to bring the Grammy home to South Africa.
“I’m so proud of myself, and I’m proud of everyone. I want to let everyone know that all of our dreams are possible, no matter where you’re from, no matter how little you have or little you have. All your dreams are possible,” Tyla said.
