SHE is known for her presenting and acting skills, but now Mzansi will get to see the other side of Minnie Dlamini as she's about to venture into comedy.
This after Showmax and Laugh Africa announced the Roast of Minnie Dlamini, where other celebrities will make fun of her.
According to Laugh Africa, the roast will feature a star-studded line-up and will be recorded live on 5 April at the Sandton Convention Centre. It will air exclusively on Showmax on 26 April.
In a statement, Minnie said she was looking forward to a lighthearted take on her illustrious career and personal anecdotes.
"I ended off the year with my show, Curated on Mzansi Magic, embracing humour about myself and societal happenings. The roast is about having fun and not taking myself too seriously. I may also get an opportunity to dispel many of the rumours told about me. The roast is fundamentally a celebration of my career and there’s nothing I love more than a good laugh,” she said.
